Jury verdict in favor of defamed client

A jury of four men and two women deliberated for about 45 minutes Wednesday before finding that Jefferson County Commissioner Patsy Noland defamed a county employee last year by posting comments critical of his job performance on the Internet. The jury awarded Privitera compensatory and punitive damages.
