$1,500,000 Settlement for family of man killed in trucking accident

Our 46 year old client was driving his truck in the course of his employment when his vehicle was struck by another truck whose driver crossed the center line. He sustained severe internal injuries and died in the hospital several days later. He was survived by his wife and three adult children.
